- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of TPMI, including program management, financial oversight, and administrative functions, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including members, corporate partners, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies, to promote the growth and influence of TPMI.
Representing TPMI in national and international forums, advocating for the marketing profession, and ensuring that the institute remains at the forefront of marketing education and consultancy in Tanzania
Training and Development Manager
- Develop and manage Mini MBA programs and training workshops.
- Partner with industry experts to deliver professional courses.
- Monitor training outcomes and feedback.
Marketing Manager
- Oversee branding and public relations.
- Develop marketing strategies for TPMI services and events.
- Manage social media, newsletters, and event promotions.
Research and Consultancy Manager
- Lead the development of comprehensive consultancy proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements, providing timely updates, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Managing consultancy projects such as customer satisfaction surveys, marketing strategy development, and branding initiatives for clients, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for research and consultancy services, fostering partnerships with organizations, and expanding the institute’s revenue streams.
Finance and Administration Manager
- Handle budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and administrative support.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
